DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, directly in the app: Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: profile, creations, photos, posts, comments and subscription status are permanently erased from our servers.

If you can no longer access the app, send the request from the e-mail address linked to your account to charlesvenayre@me.com and we will delete it for you.

SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUNDS
------------------------

Ceramist + subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel, change or request a refund, use your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or reportaproblem.apple.com (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

REPORT CONTENT ON LE FIL
------------------------

Use the report button on any post or comment, or block the user. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For anything urgent, e-mail us with a link or a screenshot.
